The Guild. This evening’s show will feature acoustic sets by
Kite Party and
Three Man Cannon. The former released the LP
Baseball Season in 2011, which got the reissue treatment last year on vinyl via Animal Style Records. The latter consists of members from
Tigers Jaw, who announced earlier this year that they’ll be disbanding after their U.S. summer tour. Three Man Cannon most recently dropped a split effort in February with Lee Corey Oswald that is a joint release from Black With Sap and Stereophondon Records. I hear that tonight’s movie is a tossup between
The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou and
Joe Dirt, which are both good flicks and definitely worth sticking around for after the band performances.
