Well, I've posted quite a bit about the new Company of Thieves album, and finally today is the day it officially is released. If you can't waiting for you copy to arrive in the mail or the iTunes download is taking too long you can stream the album over at Spinner while you wait.

Roll Call Records will be rereleasing the debut album from Scattered Trees, Sympathy, on August 8th. The band just released a new remix of their track "Four Days Straight" reworked by The Album Leaf. The latest video from Giant System features the indie-pop sounds of Pet Lions. The band just released their debut full-length album, Houses.

Serengeti's solo debut Family and Friends is due out on July 19th from Anticon. The album finds Serengeti moving away from the style and sound he created with Polyphonic and now working closely with musicians like Yoni Wolf of Why?, Owen Ashworth (Advanced Base, Casiotone For The Painfully Alone), and Otouto as in the track below "Ha-Ha".

Their Ocean is a new indie soul group from Chicago consisting of Keith Kreuser aka K-Kruz and Jason Hunt. Jason and Keith met in marching band in 1991 at Evanston Township High School. Keith had a Living Colour tee shirt on and an alto saxaphone strapped around his skinny neck, Jason an INXS or They Might Be Giants shirt, therefore Keith will forever be cooler. They formed a bond musically and have written approximately 1 million songs, now they intend to share as many as possible with you.
